4. Scams to Watch For

• Overpayment Scam: Buyer sends a fake receipt for more than the item price and asks for a refund.
• Overseas Shipping: Seller claims to be overseas and asks for shipping fees first.
• Rental Viewing Fee: Agent asks for money just to view a property.
